Les Fondettes Sancere 2012

The Sauvion estate has been one of our favorite Loire Valley producers and shippers for many years now, and with good reason: they are always well-made and well priced. Extremely aromatic, dry but full-bodied, a glass of Sancerre is a must with a piece of "Crottin" or other fine goat cheese. Stands up nicely to roast chicken, also. Yet another success from the Wine Wizard of the Loire, Jean Sauvion.
